  • Main purpose of job: To promote and develop the take up of Document management services provided by AIBC to new and existing corporate clients and contribute to the targeted business volumes.

  • To proactively promote and increase the take up of the range of services that AIBC offers to existing and potential new corporate clients

8. Position: Team Lead – Audit & Receipt
  Position Objectives
  • The role is responsible to lead the audit and receipt to ensure that all documents received from the pickup team is carefully audited and accounted for.
  • The role is responsible for all team management activities like team morale, performance assessment and grievance handling along with recruitment of team.
  • Co-ordination with other processes to ensure smooth and timely operations.

11. Position: Team Lead – Pick up
  Position Objectives
  • To ensure that all documents are received and dispatched from/to desired locations. This is to be done while adhering set timelines and quality.
  • To closely co-ordinate with the distributors, the FOS team and the internal team.
